At Aajkaal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Aajkaal account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  A representative from our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return package and provide a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
